1. What You Can Exchange or Return
BEDIGHT unconditionally guarantees all decorative wall decals stickers and BEDIGHT products manufactured and sold at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. Hence we will gladly replace any defective BEDIGHT product you return, as long as it has not been used in any way.
If you are unsatisfied with the look, quality, colour, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or colour. We will gladly replace any item that you are not completely happy with.

Please note the following limitations:
•    Item must be returned within 7 days from date of purchase.
•    You must obtain a return authorization from our customer service department before sending item back. Please email janeske@bedight.co.za.
•    Decorative decals or other BEDIGHT products that have been used in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
•    BEDIGHT wall decals or other BEDIGHT products purchased from the BEDIGHT Online Store cannot be exchanged or returned at BEDIGHT wholesaler stores.
•    Custom lettering, decals or other products manufactured on special order cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective (defects of workmanship).
•    For all other products all sales are final, exchanges or credit only, even if the product has not shipped yet.
•    For Returns and Exchanges of products follow the steps below.

2. How to Exchange
If you would like to exchange wall vinyl stickers or decals or any product purchased from the BEDIGHT Online Store for a different size or colour please follow the instructions hereafter. BEDIGHT sticker and decal products purchased online cannot be returned at BEDIGHT retail stores.
1.    Place the BEDIGHT product you wish to return in the mailing tube or packaging it came in (if you didn't keep it, please make sure to use a safe packaging ).
2.    Download the return form and fill it in (please make sure to include your original order#). Provide a brief reason for your return.
3.    Send to the address which is provided to you via email. 

You will be personally responsible for any return postage costs. We recommend you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking service. BEDIGHT is not responsible for lost shipments, and cannot accept shipments sent freight collect. BEDIGHT is not responsible for damages due to a poorly packaged return shipment. Allow 2 to 3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. Once your credit is processed, a copy of the credit memo will be e-mailed to you. Please note that a restocking fee will apply.

3. How to Return
If you would like to return wall decals or other products purchased from the BEDIGHT Online Store please follow the instructions hereafter. BEDIGHT sticker and decal products purchased online cannot be returned at BEDIGHT wholesaler stores.
1.    Place the BEDIGHT product you wish to return in the mailing tube or packaging it came in (if you didn't keep it, please make sure to use a safe packaging ).

BEDIGHT is not responsible for lost shipments, and cannot accept shipments sent freight collect. BEDIGHT is not responsible for damages due to a poorly packaged shipment.
Allow 2 to 3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. Once your in-store credit is processed, the credit memo is posted to your account and a notification is sent to you by email. Please note that restocking fee will apply.
